Healthy Start Coalition of
Bay, Franklin, & Gulf Counties


The goals of Healthy Start are to improve pregnancy outcomes, to reduce infant mortality rates and to promote healthy growth and development in all children up to age three in Bay, Franklin and Gulf Counties.


To promote healthy pregnancies, babies, and families by providing services and facilitating access to resources through community partnerships while advancing racial equity and cultural responsiveness.

Along with our community partners, we are working to anticipate the needs of pregnant women and new parents in disaster recovery planning. If you were pregnant or a new parent living in the area during Hurricane Michael, please take a moment to complete our survey.
